Semiconductor Materials Expert Appointed to Nanoelectronics Chair
Dr. Yves Chabal has been named the first holder of the Jonsson School’s endowed chair in nanoelectronics. Previously director of the Laboratory for Surface Modification at Rutgers University, he is pursuing research that’s key to developing ever smaller, more powerful and energy-efficient semiconductors.
